Weather Policy

Our weather policy begins 2 – 4 days before your event. Due to the nature of our business we constantly monitor the weather. Two to four days before your event we will call the party host to discuss last minute details and the future weather. If it is obvious that we should cancel, hurricane, tropical storms etc., we will collectively cancel or postpone the event. However, like it happens in most situations, the final decision is made the day before. If the National Weather Service predicts an 80% or better chance of rain during your event we will cancel the event for employee and guest safety concerns.
We allow the local customers to cancel or postpone the event up to 8 PM the night before the event. Customers more than 100 miles away must cancel within 24 hours of their event.
After the event has started and there is a weather warning, sever thunder storms, tornado warnings, etc. We will suspend play until the threat is over as stated by reputable weather source.
If lightning is noted in the area, we will suspend activities until 30 minutes after the last lightning occurrence. If a pop up rain storm moves in we will suspend play and make every attempt to add the lost time to the end of your party. We do not operate in the rain.
Once the event begins we do not give refunds for any weather related incidents.
